Severe storms dropped heavy rain, hail and a tornado on Jefferson County, Alabama. Captured on camera, the twister touched down in Trussville, damaging more than a dozen homes northeast of Birmingham. Teams from the National Weather Service will be out Friday to survey the damage and determine the tornado’s strength.
